GETTING STARTED
LET'S CHAT
The process starts with a ½ hour phone conversation to answer any questions you might have and discuss your needs. We will talk about your experiences and what has or hasn't been working for you, and give you a better sense of how class works.
THE INTRO SESSION
After we talk, we'll schedule a 2-part, private Intro Session.
This is your opportunity to work with me firsthand rather than just audit a class. It is not an audition but an actual coaching session. We will talk in depth about the empathetic imagination, lay the foundation for a healthy artist mentality, and practice how to deeply and experientially take in a story for the first time through “Absorption” – being a human sponge for the story.
(The Intro Session is required of all people regardless of their experience)
ON-GOING CLASS
In-person classes are held at our Studio in Sherman Oaks on Van Nuys Blvd.
(just South of the 101 Freeway)
Before joining class, we may have one or two more short sessions to expand your foundation. After that, you’ll start in one of our weekly classes, either in-person or online.
